Welcome to Tamannah. By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Products & Customization

All our products are handmade and personalized. Since each item is custom-made to your specifications (chocolate type, pack size, custom message, uploaded image), we do not hold inventory of finished products. Each order is created uniquely for you.

3. Order Acceptance

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed (or COD is approved), we will begin processing your customization. You will receive a confirmation with your order number.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. A flat delivery charge is added to every order. Payment can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or online through our secure Razorpay gateway.

5. User Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All activities under your account are your responsibility. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

6. Limitation of Liability

Tamannah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order.
