1. Processing Time

Since each order is handmade and personalized, please allow 3-5 business days for processing after order confirmation. Customization begins once payment is confirmed (or COD order is accepted).

2. Delivery Charge

A flat delivery charge is applied to every order. The exact amount is displayed at checkout before you place your order.

3. Delivery Timeline

After processing, delivery typically takes 2-5 business days depending on your location. We will share tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to select areas in West Bengal with the following pincodes: 742303, 742305, 742306, 742166. If your pincode does not match any of these, we are unable to accept your order at this time. You will see a pincode validation check at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

You can track your order status through your account dashboard. We will also send updates via WhatsApp as your order progresses through our workflow.

6. Delay & Liability

While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, Tamannah is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, weather conditions, or courier partner delays. We will keep you informed of any significant delays.
